Mac Donald, JeannetteJeannette Mac Donald - 9/1/1945 - 10/8/2013 - 68 years old Jeannette MacDonald of Bethlehem PA died on October 8, 2013, after a 3 year adventure with cancer. Growing up in Bridgeport, CT she attended Central High School class of 1963. She worked her lifetime in the non-profit sector including the Housatonic Girl Scout Council, Downtown Cabaret Theatre, most recently at the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley PA. Her volunteer associations spanned many organizations in Bridgeport. Monroe, and Bethlehem PA. She is survived by her friend and partner of 38 years, Janet Schnabel; sister Joyce and husband Al Baran ; sister Jamie and husband Dan Elliott ; sister Jacquie MacDonald; brother James MacDonald; niece Margaux and husband Michele Caniato; niece Catherine Elliott; and nephew Daniel Elliott. Burial will be private. A celebration of her life will be held on October 13 from 3 to 6pm.
