Jeanne-Marie Moore, née en 1918, conjointe de Charles-A. Moore, fille de Raymond et Agnes-Gleason, mère de Charles R, Nancy, Oh et Maureen, est décédée le 20 janvier 2012 à l'âge de 93 ans.
MOORE, JEANNE MARIE, 93, died Friday evening, January 20, 2012 at the Nazareth Home after a short illness. Jeanne was born in Erie PA in 1918, the only child of her late parents, Raymond Riblet and Agnes Gleason Riblet. In 1939, she married Charles A. Moore, a union that lasted 49 years. Jeanne was a graduate of Villa Marie High School and attended Villa Marie College in Erie. After moving her family to Warren, OH, she became the personnel director of Trumbull Memorial Hospital and retired after 23 years of service. After her husband's death, she moved to Louisville to be near her son and his family. In her later years, Jeanne took great joy in her relationships with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She surrounded them with love and wisdom. Her family and many friends made Jeanne's life very fulfilling. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Charles A. Moore, and by an infant granddaughter, Kelly Ramey. She is survived by her children, Maureen DeLeo (Blasé), of Dublin, OH, Nancy Ramey (Dennis), of Richmond VA and Charles R. Moore (Rita), of Louisville; eight grandchildren, Blasé T. DeLeo (Leslie), Christopher DeLeo (Kim), Mary Julia Novak (Wil), Bridget Evans (Derek), Maureen Mitchell (Andy), Jeanne Boyle (John), Charles A, Moore (Heather), and Molly Willer (Steve); and 21 great-grandchildren, Blasé Andrew, Elisabeth and David DeLeo, Abbie, Luke and Josh DeLeo, Max and Lainey Novak, Taylor and Ryan Evans, Liam and Ramey Mitchell, Charles , Grace, and Connor Moore, Hannah, John Michael and Ryan Boyle, Alex and Rachel Reisert and Stephen Willer. A prayer service with sharing of memories from family and friends will be Friday, January 27, 2012 from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. followed by her Funeral Mass of the Resurrection at 11a.m. at Our Lady of Nazareth Chapel, 2000 Newburg Road. A memorial service and burial will take place in Warren in early spring. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road. In lieu of flowers, donation in her name may be made to the Nazareth Home.
