May 1, 1912-Feb. 18, 2008 Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, at Flat Creek Baptist Church for Mrs. Jeanette Bagwell Smith who passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, at Williow Wood Nursing Center following a brief illness. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles Jones and the Rev. Loren Hildebrant will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Smith was born May 1, 1912, to the late Alec and Ida Shankles Bagwell and had lived in Hall County all of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Theodore Smith; parents; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lorene and Boyd Brown, Willie and Jessie Brown, Irene and S. R.Merritt and Helen and Thurman McKinzey; brothers, J.W. Bagwell, Bunyan Bagwell, Truitt Bagwell; and brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Evelyn Bagwell. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda Kay and Wallace Millwood of Oakwood; grandchildren, Joey and Jan Millwood and Jill Casper; great-grandchildren, Drew, Morgan, Rachael Millwood and Elizabeth and Catherine Casper, all of Oakwood; sisters-in-law, Estelle Bagwell, Eula Mae Bagwell, Carolyn Bagwell, Lorena Brown and Jennie Smith; and a great number of nieces nephews and cousins.
