Jeanette E. Smith, 95, Sarasota, died May 23, 2002. She was born Feb. 7, 1907, in Hampstead, N.H., and came to Sarasota 19 years ago from Charleston, S.C. She was a homemaker. She was Catholic. Survivors include a son, Donald L. of Savannah, Ga.; and a grandchild. No visitation is scheduled. Memorial services will be in Savannah. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is in charge.
