WILSON, Jean Mrs. Jean Bridget Wilson, age 90, of Stratford passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, September 11, 2006. Beloved wife of the late George Buchanan Wilson (August 1988). Loving mother of Robert (Anna), London, John (Dianne), Sudbury, Jim (Pat), Haliburton. Grandmother of Timothy, Patrick, Mathew and Maureen Wilson, Mary Thorburn (Brian). Great grandmother of Kye and Samantha Thorburn. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Rachel Smith and by her siblings Joseph, Helen, Irene, John and Vincent. Jean was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and the Catholic Women's League. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Thursday, September 14, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Stratford on Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Tom Ferrera as celebrant. Burial will be in Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Windsor on Saturday September 16th at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or the charity of one's choice through the funeral home.
