Kumbalek officiating at the Smits, De-Young-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd Street (Route 6/159th Street), South Holland, IL. Interment private. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 26, 2005 from 2:00-9:00 at the funeral home. Mrs. Purvis was the vice-president of the South Holland Historical Society and an Alpha Phi Sorority member.
