FRASER _ Jean Isabella, born September 7, 1917 in Vancouver, passed away suddenly June 25th, 2003. She will be greatly missed by her loving friend, Jean Weber, and her many other friends. Jean lived a very active life. She served in the Canadian Women's Army Corps during the Second World War and later in the Militia, retiring with the rank of Major. She was in the teaching profession for 40 years ending a very successful career as a school administrator. Jean was also very active in V.E.S.T.A. and the B.C.T.F. She thoroughly enjoyed her golf, bowling and cottage on Mayne Island, and particularly the many friends she made. A Memorial Service in celebration of Jean Fraser's life will be held at St. Stephen's United Church, 7025 Granville St., Vancouver, B.C. on Friday, July 4, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined. Anyone wishing may make a memorial contribution to the charity of their choice.
