HAMILTON, Jean D. (nee Anderson) 1937 - 2009 Calmly and peacefully on Monday, June 29th, 2009 in the presence of Bill, her husband of 49 years, her children Malcolm, Stewart (Flora), Douglas (Bera), and Christian and the Rev. Douglas Kendall. A beautiful lady of many talents who kept God's precepts and was an inspiration to us all. Jean will be missed also by her grandchildren Marc, Christina, and Will, her brother Stewart (Jean), sister in law Marion (Alex), nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbours. In accordance with Jean's wishes, she will be cremated, and a service and reception for family, friends, and well-wishers will be held in Knox Presbyterian Church, 120 Lisgar st, Ottawa at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, July 8, 2009. The family wishes to thank the intensive care staff of the Ottawa Civic Hospital for the courtesy, care, and consideration shown to Jean and her family during her final hours.
