Jean Casey WOODRUFF, SC-- Jean Smith Casey, 80, formerly of 145 Plantation Drive, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Windsor House in Spartanburg. A native of Woodruff, she was the wife of the late Henry Casey, and the daughter of the late James C. and Leila West Smith. She was a member of Woodruff First Baptist Church and a retired secretary with Piedmont Natural Gas. Survivors include three sons, Donald Foster and his wife Betsy of Simpsonville, James Foster and his wife Donna of Murrells Inlet, and Philip Foster, two sisters, LaNelle Massey of Spring Hill, TN, and Sue Bishop of Spartanburg; three grandchildren, Stephanie Foster Klopp and her husband Aaron, Grant Foster, and Trista Foster. Visitation will be held 2:00 PM till 2:45 PM at Forest Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, March 14, 2013, prior to the 3:00 PM Funeral Services to be held in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Andrew Shull and Rev. Dean Cortese. Interment will follow in The Darby Cemetery at Green Pond Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woodruff First Baptist Church, 801 Cross Anchor Road, Woodruff SC 29388. The family is at their respective homes.
