-> Pinpoint Community - Janie Louise "J.J." " Tinker" Anderson Johnson, 79, died Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at Hospice Savannah. She was a native of Savannah, GA and attended Haven Home School. She was employed for many years at A.S. Varn and Son Seafood Company. She was faithful member of Sweetfield of Eden Baptist Church where she served as the mother and a member of the usher board. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Johnson, Sr. and two sons, Freddie and Anthony Johnson. She leaves to cherish her memories, six devoted daughters, Rosetta Brown, Ida Cruse, Henrietta Johnson, Sharon Wingster (Larry), Louberta Johnson and Sandra Brown all of Savannah, GA; one son, Walter Lee Johnson, Jr. of Savannah, GA; 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Visitation: Fri day, September 10, 2004, 7-8 p.m. in the Chapel.
