ADAMS, Janice Margaret (Jan)Peacefully at home with family and best friends by her side on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the age of 48, after a difficult struggle with multiple sclerosis. Much loved daughter of Wes and Pauline Adams and beloved wife of Bill Armitage. Dear sister of Sheryl (Marc van Kralingen) and Christine. Very special "Auntie Jan" to Kyle. Jan will be greatly missed by her extended family of Adams, Jacksons, Andersons and Armitages, as well as her many friends. The family is truly grateful for the care and compassion provided by Bayshore Home Health, Carefor, VHA and our CPMA Team. Special thanks to Dr. Bright, Janet Kennedy, Josephine and Sheila.
