ADAMS, Janice Carlisle, age 72, died Monday, May 5, 2003 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 9, 2003 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Dowden Funeral Home in Sebring. The f amily will receive friends from 12 noon until service time on Friday, May 9. The Rev. Randy Johnson of Reality Ministries of Zolfo Spring, Florida officiating. Ms. Adams is survived by her daughter, Dianne C arlisle Logston of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Lenard B. Carlisle, Jr. and Donald "Donnie" Carlisle of Sebring, Fla.; sister, Thelma Hampton of Winter Haven, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchi ldren. Ms. Adams was a waitress at Fisher's Restaurant for over 20 years and was the Manager of New Hope Thrift Store in Avon Park, Fla.
