Howell of Franklinville, N.C., Christine Keever of Stanley, N.C., and Lisa and Theresa, both of Bradenton; sons Charles Jr., Timothy and Christopher, all of Bradenton; sisters Kay Kendell of Willoughby, Ohio, Mary Phillips of Painesville, Ohio, and Sue Hathaway of Murrieta, Calif.; brothers Huey Williams of Mentor, Freddy Williams of Brea, Calif., and Gary Williams of Middlefield, Ohio; and nine grandchildren.
