Janet S. Owen, 84, died Oct. 23, 2005, at her home in Sandhill Cove. She was born in Washington, D.C. She lived in Florida since 1984, coming from Greenwich, Conn. She was a member of the Stuart Congregational Church and a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. Survivors include her children, Trish Smith of Stuart, David G. Owen of Colombia, S.C., and Lori Clauson of Greenwich, Conn.; six grandchildren; and three grandchildren. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at noon on Oct. 26 at Stuart Congregational Church.
