Brown-Davis, Janet A., 76, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida was called home to be with her Lord on February 14, 2008. She leaves her adored family, husband H. Britt Davis; children Frank P. Brown III (Julie), Janet A. Joines (Chuck), Stephen A. Brown (Christine); grandchildren Hilary Brown, Frank Brown IV, Charles "Chad" Joines III, Joanna Joines, Grace Brown; and several nieces and nephews. Janet is survived by her dear sister Dorothy A. Bustraan (Jim). Her beloved husband of 46 years, Frank P. Brown, Jr. and her cherished brother William G. Anderson preceded her in death. She faithfully served her Lord as pianist and organist at her church for many years. Janet, a 48 year resident of Fort Lauderdale, passionately served the community as a public health nurse and supervisor for the Broward County Health Department for 15 years. Visitation hours for Janet's family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with funeral service at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2008 at Baird-Case JordanFannin Funeral Home, 4343 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308 and interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
