Funeral services for Jane Y. Cooper, 74, of Oxford, will be on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home & Crematory. The Rev. Dewayne Borders and the Rev. Jeff Duncan will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends on this evening from 6 till 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Cooper died on Sunday at her residence. Survivors include her husband, William H Cooper; daughter, Cindy Cooper McCarley (Lewis); son, David Cooper (Wanda); grandchildren, Jason Haynes (Crissy), Josh Haynes, Jennifer Wiggins, Aleah Cooper New (Josh), Caylee Cooper; great-grandchildren, Zech Haynes, Trent Haynes, Abi Haynes, Emma Wiggins, Ethan Wiggins; sister, Jean Young Ballard; brother, Harold Young. Pallbearers will be Jason Haynes, Josh Haynes, Josh New, Lewis McCarley, Ben Ballard, Harold Young and Buddy Haynes. Honorary pallbearers will be The Ladies Naomi Sunday School Class. Mrs. Cooper was a life long resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was in the Naomi Sunday School. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory
