BEDFORD - Jane W. Young, 73, of Bedford, died July 23, 2014, with her loving family by her side after a period of declining health.Born on Aug. 30, 1940, in Manchester, she was the daughter of William and Mary (Connor) Welch. She attended OLPH grammar school and graduated from St. Joseph High School for Girls, Class of 1958.Prior to retirement, she had been employed with her husband's company, Daniel Young & Associates, for many years.Jane enjoyed playing tennis and golf and was a charter member of the Greater Manchester Walking Association. She was a devoted wife and dedicated mother who cherished time spent with her family.She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Daniel J. Young, in 2008.Family members include her children, Daniel J. Young Jr. and wife Barbara of Orlando, Fla., Beth Ann Donovan and husband Patrick of Goffstown, John Young of Manchester, Mazie Mills and husband David of Manchester, Joseph Young of Candia; her grandchildren, Kylee, Sean and Kenneth Young, Jessica Kurtz and husband Matthew, Brian and Kailah Donovan, Jake and Charlie Mills; one great-grandson, Connor Mills; a sister, Susan Collins and husband Tom of Ballston Lake, N.Y.; her sister-in-law, Anne Welch; as well as many nephews, nieces and cousins. She was also predeceased by her twin sister, Joan Clarkson, and her brother, William Welch Jr. . SERVICES: Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Main St., Goffstown.
