THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Mr. James "Jim" Williams, 85 of, Thomson will be held Friday July 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cody Grove Baptist Church, Warrenton, GA with the Rev Robert Carter, officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 12 noon. Interment in the church cemetery. Survivors are: wife, Ida Mae Carter Williams, Thomson; daughter, Dorothy Crenshaw, Dalton; two sons, David Lee ( Josephine) Williams, and Leon Williams; two brothers, Tommy C. (Eunice) Williams, and J.T. Williams all of Thomson; three sisters-in-law, Dora Williams, Thomson, Hattie Gaston, Vidalia, GA, and Brenda Williams, Atlanta; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
