->FLEMING, JAMES THOMASJames Thomas Fleming of West Haverstraw, NY passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 15th. Born on May 29th, 1924 to Nellie and John in NYC, he was the last of eleven children. He is predeceased by Dorothy, his wife for fifty years.He is survived by his children, William, James, John, Frank, and Rosemarie Moshier, his eight grandchildren, Deanna and Michael Loffredo, Jamie, Kayla and Ryan Fleming, Kristen, Erin, and James Moshier, daughters in law Georgette and Maureen and son in law J. Russell Moshier, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Jim proudly served in the US ARMY artillery unit during World War II prior to his honorable discharge November 1944. He was active in the Knights of Columbus, Haverstraw Seniors, Walnut Hill Seniors and the American Legion.Services will be held at Edward Finn Funeral Home on 43 E. Main Street in Stony Point, NY from 7-9pm Tuesday, May 17th and Wednesday, May 18th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A mass will be held on Thursday, May 19th at 10am at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Haverstraw. Interment will be at the Fredereck Loescher Veteran Memorial Cemetery in New Hempstead, NY
