JAMES ROBERT O'DELL At Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Sunday February 1, 2009. Jim O'Dell of Southampton in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Dot) O'Dell (nee Honeywell) of Southampton. Loving father of Cheryl and her husband Larry Koepke of Southampton and Mardi Vaughan and her fiancé Robert Hoover of Owen Sound. Dear brother of Reaford and his wife Elsie of Toronto, Edna and her husband Gord Brookes of Woodstock, Ann and her husband Santo Martini of Woodbridge and by his sister-in-law Thelma O'Dell of Toronto. Proud grandfather of Sarah (Scott) Awade, Michael Koepke, Robyn Vaughan (Matt Chapple) and Erika Vaughan (Phil Mahy). Predeceased by his parents Fred and Sarah O'Dell, by his sister Bernice and by his brother Jack. Jim was a Veteran of WWII and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 405 Burks Falls. Jim will be fondly remembered for his love of family, time spent fishing, model railroading and especially for his wood turning. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Wednesday February 4, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted from the Southampton United Church on Thursday February 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. Reverend Keith Reynolds will officiate. Cremation. Spring interment of ashes Southampton Cemetery. Expressions of remembrance to the Southampton United Church or to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.
