MORRIS, James "Jim" Johnston, of Basingstoke, England, died peacefully on December 1, 2002 at his daughter's home in Sebring, Florida. Mr. Morris is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth "Liz" Hisey and is predeceased by his wife, Miriam; and daughter, Diana. He had two grand- children, Stefanie Farrell of Florida and Nicholas Taylor of England. Mr. Morris was a member of the Church of England and served his country during World War II. He held the rank of Major and served with the Gordon Highlanders. He was a survivor of the Battle of Dunkirk Evacuation in 1940. Mr. Morris was born near London, England on March 12,1916. He was 86. Memorial services for Mr. Morris will be held Friday, December 6, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the St. Agnes Episcopal Church in Sebring with the Rev. James Kurtz officiating.
