James M. Avitabile age 26 of Bridgewater, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the loving son of Ann Ahearn Avitabile of Bridgewater and the late Louis N. Avitabile Jr. A self employed barber, James was raised in Middleboro and was a 2005 graduate of Middleboro High School. In his free time James enjoyed BMX biking, football and playing his guitar. He loved spending time with his family especially his father and his stepson Jasiah. In addition to his mother, James is survived by two brothers Patrick Avitabile of Taunton and Kevin Avitabile of Bridgewater. He was the grandson of Pearl Ahearn of Bridgewater, Louis N. Avitabile Sr. and his wife Roberta of Hanover and the late James Ahearn and Mary (Sullivan) Avitabile. He leaves his loving girl friend Kayla McCormack and their son Jasiah of Taunton and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He also leaves his nephew Tyler Avitabile and his loving godmother Patti. A funeral Mass was celebrated in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West Street, Brockton on Thursday, Aug. 8, at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours are omitted.
