Edward "Ed" McKenzie passed away May 27, 2011. A celebration of life service will be Monday, May 30th at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Camden. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the church fellowship center. A graduate of Camden High and Clemson University as an electrical engineer, he enjoyed being a ham radio opera tor, traveling and being on the tractor at the farm. After 33 years of service with NASA at Kennedy Space Center he retired and got married. The family would like to thank Dr. Phillip Baldwin and staff of their loving care. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
