Kearney, James C. DELMAR James Clement Kearney, of Delmar, died Thursday, May 29, 2008 in St. Peter's Hospital in Albany after an extended illness. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, 900 Madison Avenue at Partridge St., Albany.
