JACK ALAN CAMPBELL GRIFFITH, IN Jack Alan Campbell, infant, passed away February 26, 2008. He is survived by his mother, Pamela R. Campbell of Griffith; grandmothers: Sheila Campbell of Griffith and Margaret Madrid of Calumet City; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jack Campbell. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008 at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road), Highland, IN 46322. Interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, March 2, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family.
