DAVIS, JOYCE "JO" CUZZART, 65, died January 4, 2014, in Louisville, KY from a long illness. She was known as "Tookie" to her family and close friends. She was born May 3, 1948 to JC and Jacqueline Cuzzart of Lynch, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Phyllis Clark of Benham, KY. She is survived by her best friend and companion Christy Tracy; her two children, Jackie Davis of Versailles, KY and Mark Davis of Bardstown, KY; sister, Pat Mason (Ben) of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Butch Cuzzart (Marsha) of Louisville; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. Jo was a loving mother, sister and friend. She also loved the children in her care. Her many interests included sports, arts and crafts, and her sweet kitty cats. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 2014, from 10 a.m. to noon at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., Louisville, KY 40243. Funeral services immediately following.
