Joseph J. Reynolds of Brick, NJ, formerly a resident of New City for 40 years passed away at home on Thursday, January 11th. He was 69. Joe was born on June 1, 1931 in NYC, son of John and Helen Reynolds. He retired in 1993 after 39 years of service with MetroNorth. Joe was a Korean War Era Veteran. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Pat Reynolds, and his 4 sons and their spouses who adored him: John, Joseph (Jay) and Diane of Congers, Greg and Lisa of New City, and Larry and Linda of New City, and his best friend Ed McCoy. Joe is also survived by 9 of the most cherished grandchildren who were a great source of his pride and joy: Joseph, Chris, Patrick, Matthew, Jennifer, Geralyn, Erik, Gregory and Richard. Joe will be lying in repose at Higgins Funeral Home in New City Sat. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday 10am, St. Francis of Assisi Church, Parrot Road, West Nyack.
