SMITH, JESSE LANDON, 17Jesse Landon Smith, 17, of Stafford, VA, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014, at his home. Jesse was scheduled to graduate from Brooke Point High School in June, with plans to join the U.S. Air Force upon graduation. He enjoyed reading, golf, fishing, and woodworking. He is survived by his parents James Smith and Melissa Gilkes-Smith of Stafford; his sister, Samantha Smith of Stafford; maternal grandparents, John and Debbie Gilkes of Ocala, FL; and paternal grandparents, Hub and Connie Smith of Belden, MS: uncle Justin Gilkes and aunt Sarah Gilkes of Ocala. A memorial service was held at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, May 3, at the Quantico Marine Base Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to MARSOC Foundation.org, P.O.
