LEMAITRE--Jean Spencer, 94, beloved by her family and friends, died peacefully at home on February 26. She is survived by her brother, Walter Spieczny of Bound Brook, NJ, and nephews, nieces, grand and great nieces and nephews. Her husband, Victor A Lemaitre, a long-time FBI agent, predeceased her. Jean served in Europe in the American Red Cross during World War II, worked for many years as an advertising account executive at Doyle, Dane and Bernbach and was a long-term, faithful and active parishioner at Church of the Heavenly Rest. She graduated summa cum laude from Hunter College in 1999 at age 82. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-8pm at Frank E. Campbell 1076 Madison Ave at 81St. Funeral services Friday 9:30am at Church of the Heavenly Rest, 90 St and Fifth Ave.
