INGRAM, JAMES C. "J.C." - age 80, of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2015. J.C. served in the U.S. Army where he served in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, DAVand the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard. J.C. was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and retired from T.V.A. He was an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by his infant daughter, Sheila Jane Ingram; parents, Tate and Effie Ingram, and brothers, Hubert Gilreath and Grady Ingram. Survived by wife of 60 years, Carol Ingram; daughters, Margaret Chambers and Patricia Keeble; grandchildren, Brad Chambers and Lucy Scarbrough, Selena Stinnett and husband, Robby, Mitch Keeble and Jessica Blackburn; great grandchildren, Emily, Caleb, and Tanner Stinnett, and Colton Chambers; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Lora Ingram of Newnan, GA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Bill and Chris Nobles of Lenoir City; several nieces and nephews; special fishing buddies, Bill Nobles and Ronnie Courtney of Lenoir City, and David Phillips of Morristown. The family would like to express a special thanks to Ben Atchley Veterans Home for their love, care and concern. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Hawkins and Rev. George Seay officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 Saturday morning and proceed to the Lakeview Cemetery for graveside services.
