WILLIAMS Irene Williams, 79, formally of Bridgeport, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012. She was born on May 2, 1932 in South Carolina. Irene was a woman of God. She held the position of 'Mother of the Church' at Breakthrough Ministry in High Point, NC under the leadership of Pastor Timothy S. Gorham, Sr. Irene leaves to cherish her memories, children, Willie Ann Gorham of High Point, NC and Corey Williams of Bridgeport, CT; sisters, Mallie Callahan of Abbeville, SC and Nina Middleton of Trumbull, CT; brothers, George Perrin of Bridgeport, CT and Alexander Widman of Lincoln, GA; special niece, Lorine Roberts; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Irene was predeceased by her brothers, James Patterson, Willie Perrin, Garnell Perrin, John Perrin, and Joseph Perrin. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Mount Olive Holy Ghost Deliverance Church, 717 Arctic Street, Bridgeport, CT 06605. The viewing will begin at 9:00 A.M. until time of service at 10:00 A.M. Interment immediately following at Lakeview Cemetery.
