HARRIS, Irene Podgorski 90, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Born in Detroit, MI, and the eldest of five sisters, she was a veteran in the original Women's Army Corps (WACS) of WWII and a secretary by profession. She lived for the last 65 years in Tampa, and is survived by her 2 children; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 3 remaining sisters; & nieces and nephews. Her passing was marked by a private gathering on March 27th, attended by family and dear friends. She will be missed.
