JOHNSON - Ingrid Olive (nee Hansen), age 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, August 18, 2005. Born and raised in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Paramus, Ridgewood and Glen Rock before moving to Hawthorne 30 years ago. Ingrid was a homemaker. She attended Hawthorne Gospel Church where she taught Sunday school. She was also a member of the Mission Circle Bible Study. She is survived by her four loving children: Audrey Thonus and her husband Len of Mahwah, Judith De Boer and her husband Allen of Hawthorne, Neil and his wife Joanne of New Bern, NC, and Ruth Jenisch and her husband Ed of Pompton Plains. She is also survived by her ten dear grandchildren: Chad, Kyle, Lenny, Courtney, Jamie, Kirk, Heidi, Matt, Christi, and Erik, and her two adored great-grandchildren Jakolby and Zoe, as well as several nieces and nephews. Ingrid was predeceased by her husband Herbert in 1991, her grandson Todd in 1974, her father Ole Hansen, her mother Inga (nee Thomsen), her brothers Norman, James and Robert Hansen and her sister Astrid Jacobsen. Friends may visit the family on Monday from 6-8:30 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff. A funeral service celebrating Ingrid's life will immediately follow visitation time at 8:30 PM. The family will hold a private interment service at Ocean View Cemetery, Staten Island, NY, on Tuesday.
