BELL, IMOGENE LEE (MILLER), passed away Thursday, November 1, 2007, at the Hospice unit of Baptist Hospital North East, in LaGrange. Imogene was born September, 23, 1931, in Haubdstadt, Indiana. She attended high school in Evansville, where she had the lead in several plays and was a Radio Reader. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, John Whitman Bell; sons, John Jr. (Terry), Peter (Robin), Mathew (Linda) Bell; six grandchildren; and two nieces. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Saint Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane, with burial to follow in Saint Louis Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, where a prayer service will be held at 4 p.m. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville.
