Imogene B. Johnson, 87, Springfield, Mo., passed away on September 26, 2008. She was born on July 10, 1921, the daughter of the late John Q. and Ida B. Nelson. Imogene was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Arnold D. Johnson. She is survived by her children, Michael and Emily Johnson, Branson West, Missouri, Danny and Sharon Johnson, Ozark, Mo., Pamela Johnson, Springfield, Mo., Sarah and Kelly Clark, Springfield, Mo.; 22 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brothers Buddy and Anita Nelson, Midwest City, Okla., Vencene and Della Anna Nelson, Republic, Mo., Tony and Bobby Nelson, Springfield, Mo., Dale and Fran Nelson, Jackson, Mo.; and sister Lodean and Ervin Schultz, Ava, Mo. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. September 29, 2008, in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. September 28, 2008, in the funeral home.
