Ida Mae "Stevie" Walker, 89, of Kingston, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014. She was born May 21, 1925, in Meigs County, living most of her life in Roane County. Stevie was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gaither "Jack" Walker; parents, Thomas and Lillie Dixon; and sister, Bertha Grisby.Survivors include daughter, Betty Renfro and husband Bobby, Kingston; son, Tom Walker and wife Kathy, Lake City, Fla.; grandchildren, Lori Feezell and husband Jamie, Kingston, Amy, Angie and Matthew Walker, Florida; and great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Eli Feezell, Kingston, who were the love of her life.The family wishes to thank her caregivers, Gail Ray, Becky Cooley, Amelia White and Carolyn Goddard.The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, in Fraker Funeral Home, Kingston, with funeral service following at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with Bro.
