COX, IDA MAE, 84, passed away Monday, March 5, 2007. She was a native of Amory, MS. She was a seamstress at Silverman's Dept. Store and a supervisor for the Jefferson County Senior Citizen Nutritionist Program in Highland Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Cox II; and brother, Charles C. Wilson. She was a member of Highland Park Missionary Baptist. She is survived by her children, Doris Haley, Wesley Cox III, Victor Cox Sr., Trina Bailey (Darryl), Sarah Cox and Rev. Byron Cox (Kim); brother, Frederick Wilson; sisters-in-law, Dora Brooks and Cora Cox; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. Funeral: 1 p.m. Friday at her church, 3700 Shanks Ln. Burial: Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation: from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements: G.C. Williams.
