O'KEEFE, Herman Michael Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Friday, December 1, 2006. Born January 21, 1925 in Corkery, Ontario. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Cybulski). Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Ellen O'Keefe (nee Moran). Also predeceased by his seven siblings; Basil (Mary), Viola, Marguerite (late James G. Murphy), Carmel (late Vernon Murphy), Inez (late Byron Beach), John (Margaret) and Allan. Herman was retired from the CP Railway (1951-1987). He was a kind and gentle man who will be missed by his nephews, nieces, cousins, sisters-in-law and friends. Friends and family are invited to remember Herman at the Tubman-Kerry Funeral Homes Almonte Chapel, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte, Ontario on Tuesday, December 5th, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Corkery, Ontario on Tuesday, December 5th, 2006 at 11:30 a.m., followed by the interment in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa Carleton or the Hospice at May Court would be appreciated.
