Herbert C. Johnson Jr., 45     PORTLAND -- Herbert C. Johnson Jr., 45, of Portland, died unexpectedly from heart complications on May 31, 2006.     He was born November 22, 1960, and is survived by his loving family: his mother, Diana Rooke of Windham, and his five brothers and sisters, Linda Flucus of Ga., Patty Ellis of Windham, Jimmy Johnson of N.C., Lisa Foster of Ariz., and Raymond Rolls of Bangor.     Funeral services will be private.
