Helen Williams SPARTANBURG, SC-- Ms. Helen Williams, 85, of 200 Webber Rd., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Manson Williams and Mrs. Bernice Coleman Williams. Ms. Williams was a native of Newberry County. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Doris J. Shelton, Bernice (Robert) Evans, Rosena (Aaron) Miller, Peggy Williams and Sandra Williams, all of Spartanburg, SC; her son, James E. (Charlene) Wilks of Asheville, NC; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Ms. Williams was the last survivor of her immediate family. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Dr. B.D. Snoddy will officiate. Interment will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Miller Jr., at 138 Princeton St., Spartanburg, SC.
