-->Helen T. Williams LANDRUM, SC-- Helen Trammel Williams, 81, of 940 Tugaloo Road died December 21, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital. A native of Woodruff, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Maggie Phillips Trammel and wife of D. B. Williams, Jr. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gowensville and was retired from SC Public Schools. She graduated from North Greenville College and Winthrop College. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, James A. Trammel of Woodruff; a sister, Magdelene Bradey of Landrum; and a grandchild. She was predeceased by a sister, Sarah Willard and a daughter Linda Edwards. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 24, 2007 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Gowensville conducted by Rev. Chad Rickenbaker. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Gowensville Building Fund, 5650 Hwy 14 North, Landrum, SC 29356.
