FREEDOM -- Helen M. Clay, 57, of Freedom, passed away at MaineGeneral Medical Center, Augusta, on Oct. 7, 2010. She was born Jan. 10, 1953, in Peabody, Mass., daughter of Norbert Landry and Rita (LaFrance) Landry. She was predeceased by her father, Norbert Landry; brother, Mark Landry; two sisters, Elise and Irene Landry; niece, Rita Landry; and nephew, Tommy.She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Clay; daughter, Jennifer Clay; three sons, Matthew, Jeffery and Jeremy Clay; two daughters-in-law, Kristin and Nicole Clay; her mother, Rita Landry; two sisters, Therese Dyer and husband Rick Dyer, and Loretta Pilgrim and husband Robert Pilgrim; brother, Denis Landry and wife Hannelore Landry; 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed. A graveside funeral service will be held at noon Monday, Oct. 11, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Freedom.
