-> Midway, TN - Helen Carter, age 67, died Friday July 22, 2005. She retired from Meco and attended Midway United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Dan O. Carter; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Steve and Gwinea Burns of Rincon, GA, Donnie and Billie Burns of Hutchinson, KS and Jeff Burns; one step-son and his wife, Bronson and Sheila Carter fo Greeneville, TN; ten grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Joyce Chubbuck of Lincoln, NE; one sister, Kathy Chubbuck of Pioneer, CA; several nieces and nephews. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Viola Chubbuck and was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 25th, in the Chapel of Rose Hill Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerry Holt will officiate. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Bibles Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7:30 p.m. on Mondayat Rose Hill Funeral Home.
