HENDERSON, Helen Angeline (nee Johnson) 1921 - 2011 Born in Saskatchewan on January 19th, 1921 and peacefully passed away June 16th, 2011 at Burnaby General Hospital. A much loved and wonderful mother to, John (Michele) and Laurie (Terry). Gramma will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Sarah, Tess, Brittany, Dave, Kari, Becky, Amy, as well as her 4 great grandchildren Shae, Christopher, Josh, Kenzie. Helen is survived by her sisters Elsie, Olive and Dixie and her brother Glen (Irene) and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Burnaby General Hospital for their compassionate care. Mom, will be lovingly remembered for her strength and devotion to family and her kind heart that so often reached out to others over the years. Mom, you will be forever loved and greatly missed; we were blessed to have you for so long. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011 at 1:00 pm, at Burnaby North Baptist Church, 3977 Albert St., Burnaby B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations to Evangelical Fellowship of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
