Helen Alice Flemming passed peacefully away on March 9, 2015 at the Moncton Hospital, age 94. Beloved wife of the late Donald Robert Flemming; loving mother of sons, Don and Gerry; and last of 8 siblings of parents Charles and Mary Stuart. While working at the Eaton’s Mail Order in Moncton, she attended a dance at the Air Force base Scoudouc and met the future love of her life for 58 years, Don. After a marriage here in Moncton, they were stationed in Abbotsford, BC, back to Moncton, out to Saskatoon SK, then Southport MB, Camp Borden ON, Ottawa ON, and finally back to Moncton. She was also active in her lifestyle, into curling, bowling, cross-country skiing, fishing and gardening. She will be missed by her children, Don (Nancy) Flemming of Ottawa and Gerry Flemming of Moncton as well as several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995). As per family request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Elmwood Cemetery in Moncton where Helen will be laid to rest with her husband.
