Heaven-Lee Palmer PUTNEY, VT Heaven-Lee Storm Palmer, infant daughter of Stephanie Welch and Dana Palmer of Putney, passed away on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010.She leaves her maternal grandparents, Darlene Cardinal of Westfield, Mass., Frank and Michelle Cardinal of Blandford, Mass.; great-grandmother, Elizabeth Cardinal of Knoxville, Tenn.; her aunts and uncles, Savannah Cardinal, Linda and Paul Condarcuri of Westfield, Karen Gordon of Kodak, Tenn., Debbie Keating of Chandler, Ariz., Erika Benoit and Brandon Benoit of West Springfield, Mass.; sister, Hayley Palmer of Westfield; brother, Tavis Lingley of Springfield, Mass.; 21 first cousins and 56 second cousins.She was predeceased by brother, Luke Flak, her paternal grandmother, Kathleen Mae Griswold; her great-grandparents, Henry and Lorraine Mas; Franklin Cardinal Sr., and Earl Palmer.In lieu of services or charitable organization donations, the family asks that when you happen upon someone, be nice because you don't know what the other person is going through.
