Heather McDonald, 24, Punta Gorda, died March 12, 2002. She was born April 15, 1977, in Cadillac, Mich., and came here from Cadillac. Survivors include her parents, Kevin and Carol; a sister, Courtney of Punta Gorda; a brother, Kevin W. of Punta Gorda; grandmother Elizabeth Schweda of Port Charlotte; an uncle, Jerry Vairo Sr.; an aunt, Lee Vairo; an uncle Louis Vairo Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo.; an aunt Lorraine King of Massapequa, N.Y.; and a friend, Floyd Miles. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Kays-Ponger/Royal Palm Funeral Home, Punta Gorda Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
