Hazel Williams, age 57, of 476 Curry Lake Road, died Monday, October 19, 2009, in the Laurens County Hospital, Clinton. A daughter of the late Robert Owens and Annie Mae Watts Owens, she was a member of the Resurrection Christian Church, Gray Court and a employee of Kemet. She is survived by her husband, Joe Williams of the home; two sons, Henry Lee Williams and Timothy Williams, both of Gray Court; one daughter, Wanda LaKisha Williams of Gray Court; three brothers, Jerry Owens, Joseph Owens and James Clyde Owens, all of Gray Court; six sisters, Bessie Owens, Joann Owens, Sandra Owens, Debra Owens, Lisa Owens, all of Gray Court, and Annie Lou Gray of Syracuse, N.Y.; and six grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant View Baptist Church with Rev. Waddy Talley and Rev. James Williams officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home.Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
