Hazel Leavins Williams, 87 of Bonifay, died on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay. Born Wednesday, June 24, 1925, she was the daughter of the late James Leavins and the late Florence Willis Leavins. She was the wife of the late Buford Williams.She was preceded in death by son, Ventice Moss; sisters, Evelyn Johnson, Thelma Dunn and Marie Whitley.She is survived by a grandson, Lee Moss and wife Dusty of Bonifay; one great granddaughter, Morgan Moss of Bonifay, and a nephew, Winston Dunn of Pascagoula, Miss.A Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Armstrong officiating. Interment followed in Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery, Bonifay, with Sims Funeral Home directing. The family received friends from 9 to 10 a.m., on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Sims Funeral Home Chapel.
