Hazel S. Williams PERRY - Hazel S. Williams, 81, a retired owner of a restaraunt and lounge, died Friday, June 6, 2003, in Tallahassee. The service will be at 3 p.m. EDT Saturday at Stewart Memorial AME Church in Perry, with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. EDT today at the church.Trinity Funeral Home in Perry (850-584-9620) is handling arrangements . She is survived by five sons, James Jones, Donald Jones, Kenneth Williams, Ronnie Williams and Mark Williams, and two daughters, Mary Williams and Hilda Williams.
